With over 20 years' experience in sales, business ownership and property, I specialise in development land across Auckland's North and Northwest growth corridors. Before entering commercial real estate, I spent more than a decade as a Sales Engineer in the water and wastewater industry specialising in pump systems. That experience gave me a practical understanding of the infrastructure that underpins development. 

By analysing water, wastewater, transport, planning information and engineering reports I can help identify the infrastructure that influences development timing, sequencing and land activation. My approach is evidence based to provide clients with a clearer understanding of their property's future potential.
